To celebrate the Mexican icon, Benito Juarez and the arrival of spring, Plaza Mexico partners with the Oaxacan community to hold a joint spring festival. The celebrations consist of a civic ceremony, live music, cultural dancers, and participation from the Oaxaquena community.
